This undated issue of Islander appeared sometime between 1935 and 1940. Very likely it was produced in 1936, the only year in this period for which we do not have an extant copy of Islander.
The issue begins with an editorial sermonizing about consideration for others and includes an essay on nature study at the camp, a ballad about a Machias trip, a wonderful piece ("Voices Carry") by a "Tired Councillor" recording scraps of camp conversation, two line drawings (one an exquisitely rendered group of camp scenes), and many beautiful block prints.
